Every Hairu is outfitted with numerous and varied components, most of which carry their own limited warranty. All component vendors qualify as suppliers to HNCE on the merits of their products’ quality backed by their own limited warranty. The suppliers best in class warranties are transferred to customers on purchase.

When we started selling boats, our customer support procedure started out of our constant drive for success and insatiable need to do things right, the first time. We always wanted our engineers and technicians to use their sea going experience to drive each boat and ensure that the marine fittings were done properly and that there were no flaws from the manufacturer.

Customers are granted all the catalogues and owners kit on purchase. This includes engine manuals and other marine equipment catalogues which need much attention. We also provide spare parts and toolkits as a way of further assisting our customers.
